New for this year, this programme is designed to help busy parents stay fit whilst the kids are on Summer holiday.

Done form home, with only  a band needed, you can become the perfect healthy role model for your kids, and they can even join in.  The exercises are fun and simple to explain. You can set goals for each other and make a bit of healthy compitition between you.

Starting children off with a physical mindset will stand them in good stead and make healthy habits for the future. Even if it's a 500m walk to the shop, anything is better than nothing.
